Each afternoon includes an accessible yoga practice, guided breath awareness, meditation and time for relaxed conversation and reflection. There is no expectation to achieve or perform—only an invitation to listen to your body, settle your mind and find space to rest.

Practising in a small group creates a sense of community, where shared experience, quiet connection and time together can be just as nourishing as the practice itself.
