Short therapeutic courses can provide a powerful wellbeing reset, offering dedicated time to relax, recharge and reconnect to yourself. For me, four appointments close together is the magic number: first the introduction, then the easing into it, then taking on new ideas through touch or practice, and finally bringing it all together. Four opportunities to help reduce stress, ease physical tension, promote emotional balance and support overall wellbeing.

Through a combination of restorative therapies and mindful movement, clients can experience deep relaxation, improved body awareness and a renewed sense of calm. Reflexology and massage help release tension and encourage relaxation, while reiki supports energetic balance and yoga promotes strength and flexibility, mindfulness and inner resilience.

These short courses are offered at a reduced rate to make them accessible and are a nurturing way to step away from everyday pressures, restore harmony and create a foundation for lasting wellbeing.

My work brings together the therapeutic disciplines of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda, offering a personalised approach that nurtures balance, resilience and long-term health. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I work with the whole person, considering your lifestyle, daily routines, movement, breath, rest and individual constitution.

Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve your health, recover from life’s demands or simply feel more connected and balanced, my aim is to support you in cultivating lasting wellbeing.

Following your initial consultation, we'll consider together what feels most supportive for you. This may include further wellbeing consultations, hands-on therapies, or a combination of approaches.

Initial Wellbeing Consultation

A powerful wellbeing reset, offering dedicated time to relax, recharge and reconnect with yourself. With Yvonne, you will decide whether to use a combination of approaches or focus on one therapy. Obviously, Yvonne will adapt how you together work as you journey along:

•	Reflexology: restore and connect, working to balance through the reflex points in feet and hands. 
•	Restorative Massage: reconnect and find balance through massage and bodywork. Deeply restorative and harmonising to encourage lasting wellbeing
•	Reiki: a meditative healing therapy, creating space and a harmony, both holding and healing
•	Individual Yoga Therapy: supports your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through movement, breathwork and mindful awareness. We create an individual practice tailored to your body, lifestyle, health and goals. Through carefully chosen movements, breathing techniques and relaxation practices, Yoga Therapy helps develop greater strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness while supporting nervous system regulation and resilience.
Initial appointment = 75 minutes
3 appointments = one hour (following appointments to be arranged at initial appointment)

Integrated Wellbeing Therapy Course

Received through clothes influenced by techniques from Thai bodywork, Ayurvedic massage, Yoga, Reflexology and Reiki. It is grounding, balancing and brings both strength and flexibility to the mind and body as it connects holistically to the whole person.

Wellbeing Course Continuation

Establishing your Practice: A short course of four individual lessons. Perfect if you are new to yoga, recovering from illness or want to reconnect to practice. At the end of each hour you will have a bespoke practice to work with at home. At each lesson, we will review the practice and discuss any questions or insights that have arisen.

Yoga equipment is provided for the lesson.  If meeting online is preferred this can be arranged but it would be beneficial for the first lesson to be in-person.

Following your initial consultation, we may decide that, rather than beginning with a hands-on therapy, the most supportive next step is to continue our conversation and focus on gentle, sustainable lifestyle changes that can enhance your overall wellbeing.

These follow-up sessions provide an opportunity to build on what emerged during our first meeting, reflecting on how things are unfolding, exploring what you're noticing, and considering any adjustments that may support you as your needs evolve. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels realistic and manageable, recognising that creating new habits and gently reshaping long-established patterns takes time, patience, and encouragement.

The intention is to support lasting, meaningful change—helping you cultivate a way of living that feels balanced, nourishing, and sustainable.
