Face to Face: First consultation to discuss self-care and nourishment from a Yoga & Ayurvedic perspective. We may draw on other traditions but you will always be at the centre of the conversation. The work is to promote balance and energy for the mind, body and the heart

First Self-Care Coaching Consultation

This therapy is received through clothes and combines techniques from Thai massage, Ayurvedic massage, Yoga, Reflexology and Reiki. This practice is grounding, balancing and brings both strength and flexibility to the mind and body as it connects holistically to the whole person.

We will decide whether the futon or couch is the most appropriate approach for you. Please wear loose, comfortable, natural fibres are preferred.

Holistic Bodywork (90)

Sometimes people want to meet to share their personal story before booking in. If this is you, I am available for an introductory hour. This is an opportunity to talk through how we can work together (In Person also available)

ONLINE Introductory Consultation

You can book a one hour class with one or two friends, to practice yoga at the Hub. Find a time you can all work with and book the class under one name. Please write a note with the names of the friend or friends who are joining you

(This is a different experience to a yoga therapy individual class)

Hub Yoga with Friends

Individual Yoga lesson followed by holistic bodywork (combines including massage, reflexology and reiki)

Yoga Therapy & Holistic Bodywork (90)

Futon-based massage and bodywork received through clothes. This practice is grounding, balancing and brings both strength and flexibility to the mind and body as it connects holistically to the whole person.

Holistic Thai Bodywork

Sometimes people want to meet to share their personal story before booking in. I am available for an introductory hour to meet. This gives us an opportunity to talk through how we can work together (Online also available)

IN PERSON Introductory Consultation

Follows our first meeting to check in to see how you're getting on. As you make changes, your needs will also change. Finding a new relationship with habitual patterns can be a challenge. The continuing work is to facilitate the changes you want and make them sustainable (in-person or online - please let me know which you would prefer)

These shared sessions are reserved for Yvonne's reiki students to receive reiki, supervision and share experiences (up to 4 attendees).

Embodied Reiki Students/Practitioners (3 to 4)

Hub User Individual Yoga Therapy

Working through the feet and hands to rebalance and relax the mind and body; includes vertical reflex therapy (VRT)  

Can include Auricular Reflexology

A space to restore and connect, working on balance through the reflex points in feet and hands. Deeply restorative and balancing

Purely Reflexology

A meditative healing therapy, to create space and a rebalance. This longer appointment leaves space to rest and return after receiving Reiki

Purely Reiki

Individual lessons are a good way to receive individual teaching and create a home yoga practice 

Or you can book a small group yoga class for three people: use one person's name to make the booking and add the other names in the notes section
