This appointment combines techniques from Thai massage, Ayurvedic massage, Yoga, Reflexology and Reiki. It is grounding, balancing and brings both strength and flexibility to the mind and body as it connects to the whole person.

Extended appointments are couch-based. Please wear loose, comfortable, natural fibres are preferred.

Introductory Conversation (15 minutes)

Individual Yoga lesson followed by therapeutic bodywork (futon/couch)

Thai Massage is received through clothes. Techniques from Ayurvedic massage, Yoga, Reflexology and Reiki influence my practice. It is grounding, balancing and brings both strength and flexibility to the mind and body as it connects holistically to the whole person.

This is futon (floor) or couch based - if you book this option, I will assume COUCH. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes

COUCH: Thai Massage & Bodywork

A first appointment to includer a full consultation and assessment. We can talk through your options and how best to work together.

Options:
Couch based: adapted Thai massage, reflexology, reiki
Futon-based: Thai massage and breath work
Mat-based: yoga, breath work and meditation

This therapy is received through clothes and combines techniques from Thai massage, Ayurvedic massage, Yoga, Reflexology and Reiki. This practice is grounding, balancing and brings both strength and flexibility to the mind and body as it connects holistically to the whole person.

We will decide whether the futon or couch is the most appropriate approach for you. Please wear loose, comfortable, natural fibres are preferred.

All bodywork is received through clothes.  Please wear clothes that allow full movement (casual house wear/gym clothes)

First Consultation & Appointment (new client)

Integrated Reflexology & Reiki

Follows our first meeting to check in to see how you're getting on. As you make changes, your needs will also change. Finding a new relationship with habitual patterns can be a challenge. The continuing work is to facilitate the changes you want and make them sustainable (in-person or online - please let me know which you would prefer)

Working through the feet and hands to rebalance and relax the mind and body; includes vertical reflex therapy (VRT)  

Can include Auricular Reflexology

A space to restore and connect, working on balance through the reflex points in feet and hands. Deeply restorative and balancing

Purely Reflexology

A meditative healing therapy, to create space and a rebalance. This longer appointment leaves space to rest and return after receiving Reiki

Individual lessons are a good way to receive individual teaching and create a home yoga practice 

Or you can book a small group yoga class for three people: use one person's name to make the booking and add the other names in the notes section
