Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve your health, recover from life’s demands or simply feel more connected and balanced, my aim is to support you in cultivating lasting wellbeing.
Following your initial consultation, we'll consider together what feels most supportive for you. This may include further wellbeing consultations, hands-on therapies, or a combination of approaches.

These follow-up sessions provide an opportunity to build on what emerged during our first meeting, reflecting on how things are unfolding, exploring what you're noticing, and considering any adjustments that may support you as your needs evolve. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels realistic and manageable, recognising that creating new habits and gently reshaping long-established patterns takes time, patience, and encouragement.
The intention is to support lasting, meaningful change—helping you cultivate a way of living that feels balanced, nourishing, and sustainable.

A meditative healing therapy, to create space and a rebalance. A course of four reiki appointments provides space for reiki to be both holding and healing. You may then decide to continue with reiki on a regular basis or 'as and when'

Establishing your Practice: A short course of four individual lessons. Perfect if you are new to yoga, recovering from illness or want to reconnect to practice. At the end of each hour you will have a bespoke practice to work with at home. At each lesson, we will review the practice and discuss any questions or insights that have arisen.
Yoga equipment is provided for the lesson. If meeting online is preferred this can be arranged but it would be beneficial for the first lesson to be in-person.

Location: Avonmouth Community Centre - a welcoming space where people can come together, learn, connect and access a wide range of activities and support. More than just a building, it is a hub of connection — a place to discover new experiences, meet others and be part of something meaningful.
Contribution: I offer a sliding scale of £25–£35 to help make these afternoons as accessible as possible. Please choose the amount that feels right for you. Card payments are available for the full contribution (£35); if you'd like to pay a lower amount, please use the BACS payment option.
