This follow up session continues the conversation of our initial consultation, to reflect on how you are getting on and explore any changes you've noticed since our last meeting. As your practice evolves, your needs may change and together we can adapt your approach to support you along the way. Creating new habits and changing long-established patterns takes time, patience and encouragement. These ongoing sessions are designed to help you integrate meaningful changes into everyday life, supporting balance, wellbeing and lasting sustainability.

Four Sessions: A space to restore and connect, working on balance through the reflex points in feet and hands. Deeply restorative and balancing. A course of four appointments provides an excellent foundation for an ongoing relationship with reflexology either regularly or 'as and when'

A place to restore, reconnect and find balance through massage and bodywork. Deeply restorative and harmonising, these treatments encourage lasting wellbeing. Four appointments provide an ideal foundation for ongoing bodywork, whether regularly or as and when needed

A meditative healing therapy, to create space and a rebalance. A course of four reiki appointments provides space for reiki to be both holding and healing. You may then decide to continue with reiki on a regular basis or 'as and when'

Establishing your Practice
A short course of four individual lessons. Perfect if you are new to yoga, recovering from illness or want to reconnect to practice. At the end of each hour you will have a bespoke practice to work with at home. At each lesson, we will review the practice and discuss any questions or insights that have arisen.
Yoga equipment is provided for the lesson. If meeting online is preferred this can be arranged but it would be beneficial for the first lesson to be in-person.
