Sometimes people want to meet to share their personal story before booking in. I am available for an introductory session. This gives us an opportunity to talk through how we can work together (Online also available)

Face to Face: First consultation to discuss self-care and nourishment from a Yoga & Ayurvedic perspective. We may draw on other traditions but you will always be at the centre of the conversation. The work is to promote balance and energy for the mind, body and the heart

Follows our first meeting to check in to see how you're getting on. As you make changes, your needs will also change. Finding a new relationship with habitual patterns can be a challenge. The continuing work is to facilitate the changes you want and make them sustainable (in-person or online - please let me know which you would prefer)

This individual lesson is offered to students attending regular classes with Yvonne. It's an opportunity to explore and where necessary adapt your yoga practice. You will also gain a consistent practice that you can work with at home to support your class practices

You can book a one hour class with one or two friends, to practice yoga at the Hub. Find a time you can all work with and book the class under one name. Please write a note with the names of the friend or friends who are joining you

We will decide whether the futon or couch is the most appropriate approach for you. Please wear loose, comfortable, natural fibres are preferred.
